Vastuworld’s Architectural wing is named as De Architectura which has the exclusive inputs on Energy Architecture by Ar. Mayank from Pune & Bio Architecture by Ar. Michael from Dublin.

De Architectura is the union of two brains which not only provides a variety in architectural styles but a strong concept which is unique.

Mayank has been working as an energy architect since last 12 years in India, Masters in Ecology Environment, and currently undergoing PhD on Geopathy from Munster University under Prof. Richard. Worked in India, SriLanka, Nairobi, Germany, France, Dubai, Holland, Cairo etc. total project under personal brand, 332 in numbers.

Michael is member of Royal Institute of Architects Ireland has been working as a bio architect since last 18 years in Ireland, Holland, Cairo, England, Mexico etc, and total project under personal brand 250 residential & commercial developments

Mayank & Michael has been working together since last 3 years firstly under Vastuworld and now De Architectura for more than 60 projects all over the world since 2005.

De Architectura is a company that integrates the best of the ancient and the trendy worlds it incorporates the architectural principles of the Indian science of vastu shastra, and the elements of the trendy new mantra going round the world – bio architecture.

“ In a fast-changing world, architectural concepts cannot afford to remain static any longer,” says Ar. Mayank Barjatya, the force behind the concept. “De Architectura offers a design approach arising from natural principles, taking us back to the tradition and science of vastu to give us built forms which are in harmony with human energies. On a personal note Architect Mayank says that while living in homes people tend to indulge more n more fighting with external forces rather than their internal self, the toxic living system has made people search for resorts, pundits and other avenues running away from their home, De Architectura would make the homes which have balanced energies personalized spaces.

Mr. Michael Rice, the award winning architect and member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland, was also present on the occasion. If Barjatya represents the vastu architecture arm of De Architectura, Rice is the bio architecture arm. He teaches ‘Sacred Geometry and Coherent Emotion’ internationally, and says, “As nature uses shape to hold charge or life force, it makes complete sense to use nature’s shapes and proportions for the shape of our spaces and buildings. In terms of architecture and design of space, I believe that by creating spaces that are based on the pure principles of natural design we provide a sacred environment that can nurture our bodies, minds and spirits. We can literally design to raise the vibration of the inhabitants. We can use our quantum consciousness to create the space, and to clear it of any stresses that do not serve life.
