Bio-Architect Mayank has signed a contract with Pune's local Forest Hills Developers for 45 exclusive homes; each designed differently with Phi-proportion and would have only one amenity that is “Health in abundance” Wildernest Healthy Homes would single family nature rhythmic, non-poisonous homes located at the picturesque hills in Khadakwasla overlooking the lake from all sides.

Mayank says “it was difficult initially to convince developers and builders to provide healthy spaces to their customers as the major amenity rather than give them wi-fi, digital and concrete roads, but slowly as health issue from poisonous homes has been felt and education level of habitants have increased, I am now happy that my clients ask for healthy building materials, vastulogical designs and more natural lifestyle than plastic and air-conditioned environment”.

Economics and cost of this natural design & healthy building which utilizes solar radiations cross air ventilation and neighborhood building materials is 12-15 % less than conventional RCC construction with saving of natural energies in tune of 20% thus contributing in re-creating better world for our children.
